- Initial contact is made with Head Office by the potential franchisee by email, fax, letter or on-line booking form.
- A Green Cleen Information Pack is sent to you.
- Initial meeting/demonstration held at Head Office (ideally as soon as possible) where the "Duplex Bin Washer” is demonstrated to you and the business package is explained in full. No commitment is asked for at this stage as this is for information only so No hard selling is applied.
- Potential franchisee decides to proceed and starts to raise the finance.
- Deposit is sent to Green Cleen before second meeting.
- Second meeting held at Head Office where plans are made for the launch of the business, timescales for the training and “Wheelie Bin Washer” production is discussed.
- After second meeting or as soon as possible after, franchisee undertakes a day’s training on the bespoke Green Cleen Computer Software Package.
- During the next 8 weeks customer base is produced, councils contacted, licenses obtained and insurances put in place.
- Franchise Support Manager spends 2 day’s with franchisee as soon as possible to teach sales/marketing techniques.
- Stationery is produced and uniform obtained.
- Eight weeks later the franchisee returns to Stafford for two day’s training with their white pick-up truck and undergoes two days practical and business training. The vehicle is "liveried" and the “Duplex Bin Washer” fitted. All bin cleaning equipment is supplied.
- Upon successful completion of the training the franchisee is presented with his Health and Safety Training Certificate and Level 1 Certificate in Wheelie Bin Washing from the National Association of Wheeled Bin Washers, also press release photographs are taken.
- The franchisee starts to clean wheelie bins whilst press releases are sent out to all local papers.
- Another successful business and career has been launched.
- Franchisee visited on their bin washing round by Head Office staff for 1 day to confirm all is going well.
